Apartment

The apartment is newly renovated and fully conditioned. We want to provide accommodation in good conditions in a sustainable way. We have decorated the interior trying to make it cozy, so that you feel at home. The decoration is simple but with pleasure, we wanted to transmit the tranquility of the sea and the beach. We have invested effort to leave the apartment renovated in order to guarantee comfort and convenience to the guests.

The urbanization is on the main street, you can access the promenade from one of the entrances with which the 3 beaches of the Caletillas are less than 3 minutes walk as well as the area of bars, terraces and restaurants. It is a quiet, family area, with tourist influx but without the tourist mass of southern Tenerife. The connection by public transport is good, there is a public bus stop less than 100 meters away and the two entrances-exits of the highway are very close to the urbanization. The southern airport is 30 minutes away by car. The north airport is 20 minutes away by car. 2 kilometers away is the town of La Candelaria that welcomes the patron saint of the Canary Islands, the Virgin of La Candelaria.
