Apartment

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 independent bedroom with private bathroom and 1 small kitchen. The rear part of the house has a large living room with room for 8-10 people, ther is a sofa bed, and there you can appreciate an amazing view to the sea. The kitchen-dinning room has a table for 8-10 people.
The terrace is about 30 m². It has a magic environment and views. It also has furniture, and a solarium with deck chairs.
You can appreciate wonderful views from the apartment. The house is located in a quiet place; you can go by foot or bicycle to town. All the services and entertainment activities are very close by. The small town Puerto de Pollensa has restaurants, shops, local market, sailing boats trips, water ski boats, and a supermarket.

Around the apartment: The apartment is located in the North area of Mallorca, an exceptional area in the island; here you can find Sierra de Tramuntana, a place chosen by famous painters due to the colours of its mountains, its sea, and green areas.
If you want to visit the surroundings, go to the small harbours with crystal waters with no crowds in Mallorca, they are easily access by foot.
If you like to sail, you can go there by boat.
When you arrive to Puerto de Pollensa, maybe you would rather stay in the beaches in front of the house since they are lovely and unique.

Golf, sailing, ski, kayak: There is an amazing golf course 5 kilometres away, it is easy accessible by car or public transport. Many people go there by bicycle.
Close to the apartment there is a sailing school, and locals that rent any kind of boats, windsurf tables, canoes, or you can practice water ski.
The harbour of Puerto de Pollensa is ideal to practice kayak.

Formentor Island and Pollensa: Formentor Island is 10 kilometres away from the apartment, and it is a place that you must visit.
The artist Anglada Camarassa said that Formentor was the most beautiful place in the world.
You can go there by car, or by the ferry that departures from the port; the bravest ones go there by bicycle (it is a mountain area.)

You must visit Pollensa town. This is a beautiful town located in a valley, and surrounded by Formentor and Pollensa islands. The old Pollentia is an artistic and cultural place.
During the summer, there are concerts and theater plays in the cloisters, and on Sundays there is a singular market which sells food and traditional craftworks.
Pollensa was the home of the school called 'escola pollensina'. It was created by Anglada Camarassa, Titto Citadini, and many others people.
The town is 3 kilometres away from the apartment; you can get there by car, public transport, or by bicycle.
