Apartment on 5 floor with elevator. Renovated in 2018. Families only. We do not accept youth groups. The Leomar apartment has two bedrooms: 1 double with a 150 cm bed with built-in wardrobe and another with 90cm bunk beds. All mattresses are made of viscoelastic and are rented with cotton percale sheets and towels. In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette in both utensils and appliances: refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, toaster and mixer. The living room, very bright, has a plasma TV and 1 double sofa bed of 140 centimeters. The terrace can be accessed both from the living room and from the double bedroom. It has a table for 6 people. It also has 1 bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment has air conditioning with heat pump. FREE WIFI. Washing machine and hair dryer
Common areas: Pool and private playground for children.
Suitable for families Pets are not allowed. Smoking prohibited, except on the terrace. Parties are prohibited

Our apartment is located in a very quiet street in the tourist area of Salou and next to the popular Carlos Buigas where you will find all kinds of services: pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars ... In addition Leomar is near the three main beaches of the locality: Levante, Capellans and Larga. You can access them by walking through a quiet 5-minute walk. The location is unbeatable to enjoy your vacation.
ATTRACTIONS IN THE ENVIRONMENT
Port Aventura is 10 minutes away by car (7 km), although it can also be reached by a 30-minute walk. Very close to the apartment there are stops for a tourist train that will take you to Port Aventura.
