La Tudanca is a three-storey house built during the first half of the 19th century, recently restored in a cozy and modern environment. The house is listed as local architectural heritage. It is the classic 'house of Indians' with wide walls, and a lot of character.

It has a private garden of 5,000 meters surrounded by a stone wall. It offers a beautiful view of the mountain and is perfect for family relaxation and as a starting point to different excursions and routes in the north. Located on the Camino de Santiago del Norte, which passes in front of the house in the section that goes to Heras.

Sobremazas is a quiet town, next to Solares (less than 1 km) where there is a well-known spa and center for aesthetics and beauty treatments. The house is very close to Santander and its cultural offer and less than 1 hour from Bilbao.

It has three rooms, one per floor; seven bedrooms (four with ensuite bathroom) and one suite with living room and private bathroom. There is an indoor pool in the vicinity.

Fully equipped, it has everything necessary to make your stay pleasant. If you need it, we organize visits and cultural and gastronomic excursions in the area.
