Rural house over 100 years old, with thick walls of natural stone cladding, located 2 km from Orihuela and 100 m from the Soto de Miguel Hernandez, where it meets the path of the Segura river (completely flat) and connects from Guardamar to Murcia to make long walks by bike or on foot, in full contact with nature and away from the bustle of the main roads. The Sierra de Orihuela and Callosa are less than 5 km away and there are many hiking routes.
The house is completely renovated, has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 beds, a bathroom with shower and a huge living room-kitchen, with sofa bed and fireplace. Now also with WIFI.
Outside there is a built-in barbecue with a sink, a basket of basketball, an old well with its stone pile, and some fruit trees (where an almost hundred-year-old fig tree with exquisite figs at the end of summer stands out), roses, lavenders, rosemary and outside shower. All in about 500 m2 of garden, ideal for lunch or dinner outdoors. There is also a ping-pong table, 2 bicycles and a baby swing.
