The house is surrounded by a garden of more than 1000 m2, with swimming pool, pergola, barbecue, and basketball basket. The apartment located on the ground floor has been recently renovated and furnished and consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two beds and a third with a trundle bed. There is another apartment on the top floor but it is not in use, you DO NOT share your stay with anyone. Large and bright living room with double sofa bed, flat screen HD 40 'with AndroidTV, WIFI and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and everything you need to cook. Washer and dryer. A full bathroom with shower. Furnished porch and pergola overlooking the garden.

There is the possibility of parking your vehicle in the front yard where there are two large Magnolios that give name to the property.

The 10x5 m pool with sun loungers is surrounded by grass and is located next to a covered pergola with a large sofa and a dining table.


Communications: The villa is strategically located a few meters from the access to the Alhambra and the ring road. There is a bus stop that covers the Centro-Alhambra route at the same door. If you wish, on foot, you can be in the city center taking a pleasant walk in just 20 minutes.

By car and through the tunnel of the Ronda Sur you can access Sierra Nevada, Motril and the Granada ring road.

Environment: From its fantastic location you can reach both the beach (Costa Tropical) and the ski resort in about 35 minutes. The Aquaola water park is about 3 kilometers away. 200 meters away is the municipal sports center Bola de Oro, with tennis courts, paddle tennis, soccer, basketball and indoor pool. In the same street, a few meters away you can find bars, restaurants, patisseries, supermarkets, hairdressers, pharmacies, banks, etc.

Granada: In Granada, a historic city, you can visit, among others, the Alhambra and the Generalife declared a World Heritage Site, the Cathedral with the Royal Chapel, the Alcaicería (former Jewish quarter) and the Albaicín. In the Albaicín, and its picturesque streets you can find many tapas bars and restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner contemplating the Alhambra. The tapas of Granada are famous for being free when ordering the drink, you can find tapas bars throughout the city, but the areas of Navas, Alhamar and Chana streets are known.
