Cozy nest in the most beautiful area of Madrid, a stone's throw from the Royal Palace and the Plaza Mayor, in a very traditional street in the neighborhood of La Latina.

We have put a lot of energy into designing a cozy apartment, where you can feel at home from the first moment. Recently reformed partially: air conditioning, Wifi,.. all the amenities in the center of Madrid The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building WITHOUT ELEVATOR but the staircase is comfortable.
Services and common areas
The apartment includes:
* A living room with a modern, warm and functional decoration, with a very comfortable sofa, a 40 'TV and balcony to the street.
* The kitchen is connected to the living room and is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home, including ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and oven, capsule coffee maker
* 1 room with a very comfortable bed, with wardrobe and dresser.
* A bathroom with very stylish shower
* Air conditioning in living room and room
* Heating
* Of course, there is Wi-Fi in the apartment, with the router inside (no shared network)
* Cot available on request, € 15
During your stay we provide TOWELS and BED LINEN. you will find iron and everything you need for a pleasant stay, if you think something is missing, we will be happy to have your feedback in order to continue improving the apartment.
One set of hand towel and shower towel per person per stay up to 7 nights will be provided. If more are required, there will be a charge of 10 euros per set.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT (In case of smoking, we will charge €100 as penalty).

La Latina is one of the most genuine neighborhoods in Madrid. In the center, its medieval streets are distributed around the two main squares of the neighborhood, that of Paja and that of La Cebada. The streets of the neighborhood are an example of the most popular Madrid, with a multitude of bars and restaurants that, especially on nights and weekends, are filled with locals from all over the city.
