This traditional rustic two-storey house is located in the countryside, just 10 minutes by car from the city of Inca, which offers a large number of commercial areas and where you can find good leather and shoe factories and shops. On the other hand, it is 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of C'an Picafort.



The property consists of three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and there are two more bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area leads to a very comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player.



From the kitchen, you can also access a large terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of orange groves, adjacent villages, and even the Serra de Tramuntana. On the terrace, you will find a practical stone barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious dishes, and you can enjoy eating with wonderful views.



Next to the barbecue and terrace area, there is a saltwater pool and sun loungers to have fun and enjoy the hot summer days with friends or family.



It is a perfect place to spend a great holiday.
