Our bright apartment for 1-2 people is located in a very central district of Malaga, from it you can walk to many places of interest (12 minutes walk to Picasso Museum and Cathedral) and you can have access to the parking space under demand.

It is a very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the main street of Malaga, Calle Larios, 15-18 minutes walk from the train and bus station, 7 minutes from the Corte Inglés (main shopping center of Malaga), Just 5 minutes walking from several supermarkets.

The apartment is a duplex apartment, where you will have on the first floor the bathroom with shower and the bedroom. On the ground floor, the kitchen with American kitchen and living room.

The apartment has internet wifi, fiber optic, (speed 50MB), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, electric kettle, blender, ceramic hob and full kitchen ware.

The patio has 30 m2 for private use and enjoy our guests, where you can have dinner or breakfast in it.

The maximum occupancy of this apartment is 2 people without exception.

The apartment is very close to the motorway and you can easily visit Seville 213km, Cordoba 170km, Granada 132km, Ronda 101, Marbella 58km, Frigiliana and Nerja 58km and Antequera 59km.
