Winter rental: The house can be rented during the winter season, at a special rate (October to April, min. 1 month). Electricity consumption not included during long term winter rental. Pets are only allowed on request.

A car is essential, since the house is located in a natural environment. Access: The house is located in Arenas (Malaga), at 430 m above sea level. It takes only 45 minutes. From Malaga International Airport, you take the Autovía del Mediterráneo motorway (A 7) towards Almería, and abandon in in Algarrobo exit (277). From there, you have to drive 4 km uphill on a mountain road. You can access the property with a conventional car (max.5 people).
