A pool and shower are at your disposal on the ground floor next to the soft sand beach. The apartment has a large terrace with outdoor seating and dining area overlooking the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The beautiful living room opens to this terrace with sliding wooden and glass doors. The house is distributed in a main room with a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed (25€/day), with an en suite bathroom and two other double bedrooms with single beds, a second bathroom and a toilet, it can accommodate up to 6 people and a child. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Parking with availability of two spaces, one of them in the basement. (the second place not included in the price, optional at € 30 / day). On the roof of the building there is a second pool, very quiet, with beautiful aerial views and cozy solarium. (reserved the right of admission in this pool)
