House with large garden and private pool of 24 m2. Located just 600 meters, about 7 minutes walk, from Riells beach. A very wide beach, with crystal clear and shallow waters. Ideal for children! The beach promenade offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and shops of all kinds.

The house is divided into two floors, on the ground floor is the large living room with access to the terrace, a bathroom with shower, and open kitchen (kitchenware, pots, and pans) with exit to barbecue.Everything in this house is designed for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, barbecue, ping-pong, darts, private garage and one private parking.

On the first floor there is a room with a double bed, two rooms with two single beds in each and a bathroom with shower.

The house can accommodate 8 people: in a double bed, four single beds and a sofa bed.

Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of €10/pet/night. A maximum of 2 to 10kg is allowed.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday, holidays or late check in: contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 2€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
