Please note that the air conditioning is a mobile unit. These are old buildings, and we do not have the legislation to install units on the facades. Also, in Cádiz, fans are usually sufficient in the summer because the sea breeze starts to come in the afternoon.

The apartment is located easily accessible from the train station, a 15-minute walk. From Jerez de la Frontera airport there are 40 km, by taxi, the cost is approximately 50 euros, the closest point for the taxi to the property is the Plaza del Palillero at 5 minutes walking. It is worth mentioning that its location offers all the benefits of a city, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, shops, fashion, cinema, everything you may need.
