It is located in the south-central part of the island, in the volcanic caldera of Tirajana - a paradise for excursions, climbing, road cycling or simply going for a walk among olive and palm trees. In its vicinity there are several exits of hiking trails, which pass through some of the most beautiful places on the island.The town is an idyllic place, with old stone houses from the last century. The house is located in the small town of Santa Lucia de Tirjana (in the heart of the island 40 minutes by car from the southern beaches and 50 minutes from the capital Las Palmas de Gran Canaria). It is on the outskirts of the town center. In it, there are 4 restaurants that serve delicious food, a bakery of artisanal wood-fired bread, inviting you to eat it warm before arriving home. There are 3 small grocery stores with all the basic products, a pharmacy and A bank with an ATM. On Sunday mornings they set up a small agricultural market where we can find freshly picked vegetables and fruits. There is a bus stop that allows you to go to Vecindario, Aguimes and San Bartolomé de Tirajana, 500m from the house. The construction of the house is typical of the rural mountain area, with thick exposed stone walls, on one floor. The house is part of a set of 4 independent houses integrated in an old Canarian building or mansion, housing is composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room dining room with a terrace allows us to enjoy the outdoor environment in a relaxed atmosphere. It has a pool and barbecue area shared with the other three houses in the complex, to enjoy a great meal in the open air. Within this complex, there are four houses. Each of the houses has a maximum capacity of three people. It is possible to rent more than one house. Maximum occupancy together: 12 people.
