Three-storey house located between the streets of the old town of Altea, one of the favorite areas for its visitors.

It was reformed to create a current lifestyle, fresh, comfortable and together to preserve its historical soul with elements such as hydraulic floors, furniture and more decorative details.

You access the house from a large wooden gate where you enter the living room and dining room that are open with the modern kitchen that is fully equipped. On this same floor there is a large patio with an outside table.
Then when you go up the stairs you reach the first floor where the bathroom with shower and the bedroom with double bed, a dresser with mirror, a closet and safe are located. Finally, there are the stairs to access the third floor where there is the second bedroom with two single beds, a closet and a desk. Also on this floor is the access to the terrace with dining table where you can enjoy beautiful views.

The area of the old town is central, so it is within walking distance of shops, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, supermarkets, tourist areas and more.
