A fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with double bed each and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with shower. On the UPPER FLOOR which we access via interior stairs, we will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with en-suite bathtub and access to the terrace, ideal for sunbathing.



EXTERIOR: Beautiful outdoor area with a communal swimming pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. There is parking on the same plot for one vehicle.



LOCATION: It is situated in a quiet area, ideal for those who want to relax during their holidays. It is located 2.8 km from the nearest supermarket and 3.5 km from the sandy beach and restaurants.
