Ermita Perdomo has two bedrooms with double beds and two en-suite bathrooms, both with spacious showers, hairdryers and high-quality amenities such as gel/shampoo dispensers and moisturising cream. The bright and cosy living room features a 50" screen, while the kitchen-dining area is fully equipped and ready for your culinary adventures. Additionally, there is a dedicated workspace with reliable Wi-Fi (approx. 20 Mbps), ideal for remote work or staying connected.



Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen at Ermita Perdomo includes everything necessary to prepare everything from a quick coffee to a complete dinner: oven, kettle, hand blender, juicer, cutlery, frying pans, saucepans, and other essential utensils.



Outdoor Oasis

Head outside and enjoy the terrace with a barbecue area, outdoor shower, and furnished solarium with sunbeds, perfect for relaxing under the sun and contemplating the surrounding vineyards and volcanoes.



Included Amenities

To ensure your stay is comfortable and pleasant, the house offers:

Bed linen and towels: Includes bath towels and beach towels.

Bathroom courtesy kit: Shower gel, shampoo and high-quality body lotion.

Welcome package in kitchen: Water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and essential items.



Note: This is a self-service property; once the included items are exhausted, they will not be replenished. For hygiene and safety reasons, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and cleaning products are not provided.



Air Conditioning

The accommodation has air conditioning, which operates using 1 € coins. Guests must insert coins if they wish to use it during their stay.



Check-in Process

Once you confirm your booking, we will ask you to complete an online check-in through our app, which also serves as a digital guide during your stay. Through the app, you will receive local recommendations, useful information about the house and the area, and a personal access code for the electronic lock (physical keys are not used).

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be done before 11:00 AM. For different times, you can contact us in advance to check availability and possible additional fees.



Additional Guest Policy

The nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. Any additional guest aged 3 years and older is considered payable and must be included in the booking, with an additional nightly charge.



Car Rental

We strongly recommend renting a car to explore the island at your own pace. We collaborate with several local dealerships that offer special privileges: taxes included, flexible cancellation, no advance payment, comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage, no fuel charges, and second driver included. We only need your flight details and we will take care of managing everything.
