From here you can access a large terrace of approximately 20 m² with spectacular sea views. To the right is the third bedroom with a second bathroom equipped with a shower.
The apartment is fully equipped with dishwasher, air conditioning, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and mosquito screens on all windows to allow natural airflow during summer.A private underground parking space (No. 40) located 50 m from the property is included.
