It has a living room-kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, large fridge, pantry, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, three televisions (one in each room), LED lighting (no heat), air conditioning and internet .

Outside you can enjoy a private garden with relaxation area and barbecue, a storage room and outdoor air conditioning will also be available.

On foot, by bicycle or by bus (there is a stop 50m away) you will find the wonderful dunes of Maspalomas next to golden beaches, shopping centers with elegant boutiques, promenades, cozy bars and restaurants, golf, water sports, excursions and park attractions.

By car or by bus you can access the challenge of the cultural and leisure offer offered by the island of Gran Canaria.

15 minutes away, in the southwest of the island you can enjoy sports such as diving and windsurfing.

The International Airport of Gran Canaria can be reached in 35 minutes as it is only 38 km away.

In less than an hour is the capital of the island, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. This city offers more than sun and beach. Apart from exclusive stores there is a wide range of culture and leisure. It is advisable to visit the historic neighborhood of Vegueta, also the Botanical Garden, created in 1952, which shows the great wealth of the Flora of the Macaronesia region.

The north of the island is dotted with small fishing villages with their cheerful houses of colorful Canarian charm where you can taste an exquisite fried fish.

Inside the island you can practice alternative tourism, climbing and hiking along paths known as royal roads, which starting from the center of the island, reach virtually every corner. There is a road that starts from the beaches and, passing through the villages, reaches Tejeda, where you can enjoy the “Sea of Clouds”.
