In the upper part of the house we find 2 very large bedrooms with double beds, 1 of them with access to the terrace overlooking the sea, mountains and city of Alicante. There is also 1 bathroom with bathtub and a living room with TV.
The garden and the private pool can be accessed directly from the porch. The house also has a barbecue and wood oven.
The strong point of the house is its proximity to the main points of interest. 10 km from Alicante, from the airport and also nearby beaches. In the 10 km radius there are many tourist attractions, but at the same time it offers you the luxury of being in the countryside, where you can go hiking, bike routes, there are golf courses nearby and there is also the outlet route of footwear just 5 km.
