This spacious beachfront house has a capacity for 6 people and features air conditioning. With direct and private access to the beach, you will enjoy a comfortable and fully equipped stay just a few steps from the sea.



The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with Astra 19 satellite and USB port. From here, you can access the private and fenced terrace-garden, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and a remote-controlled awning. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.



On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with four single beds, a main bathroom with a shower, and a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. From the suite's balcony, you can enjoy sea views.



Located in the privileged area of Mas Pinell, on the Costa Brava, this accommodation will allow you to explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. Less than 6 km away, you will find the Raül Girona supermarket, and less than 3 km away, an excellent selection of restaurants with delicious local cuisine. Additionally, you can enjoy the communal area with a swimming pool located in front of the house.
