Apartment located in Matalascañas, with capacity for a maximum of six people.

It is located in the heart of the town, has free parking, near the beach. The apartment is distributed in three bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds, one of them measuring 1.05. The fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and a bathroom.

It is forbidden to celebrate parties or any other situation that may cause discomfort to the neighbors.



This property´s parking is public. The area has a wide range of restaurants and entertainment areas. The beach is only a five minute walk away. The bus station is only 50 meters away. It also has local bus lines to travel to the various beaches in the area, with a stop 20 meters away.



Especially for groups of young people, the deposit will be 200 €, having to pay the cost of cleaning, in case of leaving the apartment with dirt.
