It was my home and that of my family for years.

It is located in the center of the city 10 minutes from the beach and the historic center, as well as the leisure area and at the same time in a very quiet street next to the department stores and commercial area of Alicante.

The apartment has air conditioning throughout the house, central heating radiators, 4 spacious bedrooms, one of them has an individual sofa that converts into a bed, two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, one of them in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juice extractor, washing machine, oven, HDMI TV etc. A spacious lounge and a wonderful terrace to enjoy the sun and in which smoking is allowed.
