This beautiful house is located on the outskirts of Binissalem, in a very quiet rural area. The villa, rustic style, is very spacious and bright and also fully equipped for you to spend unforgettable holidays in the countryside. Undoubtedly, the most spectacular of the villa is the exterior: it has a large swimming pool, a natural grass garden surrounding the property and several fully furnished terraces ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

The nearest town is Binissalem, a small town full of life surrounded by vineyards in the center of Mallorca. There you will find numerous services, several supermarkets, and in the center some restaurants where you can taste typical dishes of Mallorcan cuisine or international cuisine. But Binissalem is famous for its long wine tradition, since from time immemorial in the area the best wines of the island are made. Visiting a vineyard and tasting its products is an activity that you can not miss. Binissalem is undoubtedly an ideal starting point to explore the island, as it is only 25 minutes by car from the Bay of Alcúdia and its large sandy beach, and 20 minutes from the Serra de Tramuntana or Palma, the capital of the island.

Air conditioning:

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room. In addition, it has central heating (diesel) with a radiator system in all rooms.

- Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

- This property cannot accept clients under 35 years of age, all members of the reservation must be over 35 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
