This beautiful house, is located in a residential complex, near the sea in Xabia. It has capacity for 8 people.
The exteriors are communal, and has large garden areas and a pool of 40 by 20 m. It has a
 Private garden in the eastern area with porch equipped with garden furniture.
The house of 130 m2 distributed on two floors, has 4 bedrooms, two of them with air conditioning, one in the
 ground floor with double bed and three on the first floor, two with single beds of 90 x 190 cm, in each bedroom
and the third with a double bed of 150 x 190 cm, and a bathroom with a bath in suit.
There is availability of a cot. In addition to the bathroom en suit, there are two bathrooms for the service of the occupants of the house:
one on the 1st floor with bath and one with shower on the PB.
The living room kitchen, is very cozy, has wifi area, tv, fireplace, air conditioning, comfortable sofa, armchairs ....
