Cozy Villa for 6 people, spacious and well appointed villa on a private, completely fenced plot with a 5 x 5 m private pool. At only 300 metres from the beach. The car can be parked in the private carport on the plot.
The villa offers, a large living room with A/C hot and cold and electric radiators, TV DTT, TV-SAT and DVD player. From the living room there is access to the 3 double bedrooms (4 single beds and 1 double bed), all with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a complete bathroom en suite, a separate well equipped kitchen.
An external staircase leads to the upper floor where there is also a large sun terrace with panoramic views. The plot is completely tiled, and 5 x 5 m pool offers the perfect space to cool off. Further there is an outdoor shower and a separate room with washing machine, as well as a private, locked parking.
The villa is completely furnished and equipped with all you need for a relaxing holiday; washing machine, dish washer, ofen, microwave, large fridge-freezer, garden furniture, sun beds, mobile BBQ, etc. There is air conditioning hot/cold in the 3 bedrooms and heating radiators are in the lounge. Furthermore wifi internet, Sat-TV and a stereo. 
Peaceful location in a residential area at only 300 m from Els Poblets Almadrava Beach (pepples), the sandy beach is at approx. 600 m. There is a little supermarket just nearby and diverse restaurants and bars in walking distance. The village centre of Els Poblets is at 1 km from the villa. There you will find all everydays commodities; various shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, etc. Denia is at 10 km from the villa and can be reached by car easily within 10-15 minutes.
Denia and its environments provide a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at about 1 hour driving by car. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. There are 2 renowned golf courses at only 10 km from the villa: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf.
For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water, gas and electricity according to consumption.
