The 55-meter Bungalow, recently renovated and decorated, is located in a very quiet area and is distributed in a bedroom, living-kitchen, bathroom and two terraces (one interior and one exterior). The master bedroom has two single beds of 0.90 by 1. 90 m., Has wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and air conditioning. It gives access to a small interior terrace, where there are large appliances, such as washing machine, etc. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 49-inch TV, wifi and air conditioning. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunny days in your hammocks or meals outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, digial microwave and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware. The bathroom, large space, has a large shower with thermostatic grife.
The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults and another for children with all security systems, also has a pool bar where you can eat very well. Walking is located 2 min from the supermarket and restaurants.
On the other hand, the temperate climate and the pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees of the winter months and 22 of the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round.
Thanks to the good temperature that the island has throughout the year, on average about 24 °, it makes it possible to enjoy the best beaches on the island throughout the year, such as Playa de Maspalomas, which can be reached by car in 5 min. Going further south you can find many more beaches, Puerto Rico, Amadores, Mogan etc.
