Apartment on the first floor, in an urbanization located 150m from El Playazo Beach, with free WiFi only available during the summer (optical fiber), air conditioning/heating, TV with Spanish channels, and a terrace to enjoy the summer weather.



Maximum capacity 4 adults + 1 child. There are 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom with bunk beds + 1 small bed only suitable for children), 1 bathroom with bathtub, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Free parking space available in underground garage.



In Residencial Alborada (textile urbanization), with elevator, a large communal pool + children's pool (pools open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis courts and children's playground. Bars and restaurants about 200m away and a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car.



IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets and groups of young people are not admitted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
