Beautiful comfortable apartment with lots of natural light, is fully furnished and equipped to accommodate all your vacation or business needs. The apartment is located only 15 minutes by metro from the historic city center or 15 minutes taxi ride. Enjoy the convenience of this fully equipped apartment overlooking the beach. Spacious living room features ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking the sea. There are 3 double bedrooms: a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. Two bathrooms are complete bathrooms with shower and a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker). In the laundry room you will find a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. There's also a small balcony with sea views where you can enjoy a glass of wine on a sunny Barcelona day. Linen and towels are provided by the property. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The apartment is located in a quiet residential building, so parties or loud events in the apartment are not allowed. There is an elevator in the building.
There are several smaller supermarkets in the area as well as a big shopping center with a hypermarket and a food court.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check-in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
