This absolutely unique and trendy apartment is located right in the heart of Barcelona - on Plaza Catalunya, around the corner from Passeig de Gracia and next to Las Ramblas. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a recently renovated building. This convenient 90m2 apartment features 3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, distributed on two floors. On the bottom floor you will find the master bedroom with comfortable double bed and a flat screen TV, and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom has access to a small private terrace, overlooking inner patio. The living room area enjoys an amazingly high ceiling and offers big comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary modern appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.) Here you will also find a laundry area with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, you can enjoy the entertainment room/second master bedroom. It has a projector screen and DVD player with surround sound. Interconnecting with this bedroom, you have the second guest bedroom with the 2 singles beds (may be made into on double bed). This bedroom has its own flat screen T.V. On the upper level you will also find the second complete bathroom with shower. Please, note that the whole upper floor has lower ceilings.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.


Arrival between 00:00 and 06:00 is subject to 60 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
