Within a spectacular and rustic traditional Mallorcan property in Costitx, with a shared pool, we welcome 2 guests to this beautiful and restored house
This is a majestic ecological and sustainable property, with several houses separated between them. It is known as Agroturismo Finca Can Pina. You will have the opportunity to stay in a truly paradisaical environment thanks to the surrounding nature. The leafy gardens surround the shared pool which sizes 12 x 4 metres and with a 1.30 to 1.60 metres depth. There are up to 8 sun loungers available and several sun shades to sunbathe or read a book in peace. A well cared path of "marés" leads to the house where you will find a great private terrace which is perfect to enjoy a barbecue outdoors.

The 50 m2 house has been built in two floors with a modern style which invites to relax. It has an upstairs double bed room with an an-suite shower bathroom. The main floor contains the living room, with a large sofa and wood stove. This is open to the dining area and the kitchen, which features a gas stove. The open concept allows you to cook while watching satellite TV or listening to music on the CD player. The accommodation is provided with central heating for winter so you can stay at any season of the year. The shared laundry is another building, just a few metres away. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair.

Costitx is a central village from which any point of the island is easily accessible in a reasonable time. It offers the basic services like some shops, bars and restaurants where you can taste our Mediterranean recipes. Here you can visit the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca or the ancient "talaiot" of Son Fred. If you are a passionate of the beach, the sand and the crystalline waters come to Playas de Muro to practice water sports before enjoying the traditional paella. If you like the mountain and hiking, don't leave without visiting the protected Tramuntana mountain range.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
