Rustic villa in the north of the island, come and enjoy the summer in paradise.



The house is located in the north of the island in the town of Sa Pobla. The place is just 10 minutes by car from the main centre. The property has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The living and dining area is spacious and wide, it has a well-equipped kitchen with everything necessary so that you can enjoy your holidays.

In the exterior you will find a covered terrace, a good-sized swimming pool and a barbecue area to enjoy pleasant meals with family and friends.

IMPORTANT:

All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Important note about electricity consumption:

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of air conditioning electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

A charge of 0.30 Eur/kwh will be applied for air conditioning consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.

In winter months, optional heating at 30 Eur/day.

A refundable deposit will be charged.

Parties are not allowed.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
