Beautiful villa with all the BRAND NEW furniture 500 meters from the beach, registered as a tourist house fulfilling all requirements with the code VFT / CA / 04145. It is an ideal place for families and friends who want to enjoy a comfortable and comfortable home. In addition there are two bedrooms, one with two beds 90 and another with four beds of 90. All rooms have fitted wardrobes and all are exterior windows are equipped with mosquito nets. All rooms have air conditioning / heating. In the garden there are three porches, one front which is equipped to be with a set of sofas and in the back of the garden we have a dining area and barbecue and another area of sofas where you can relax.
La Barrosa is one of the most suggestive and evocative beaches on the south coast of Spain as it has managed to combine respect for the virginity of a natural paradise. The house is located in a residential area of chalets where the atmosphere is very familiar and you can do all kinds of activities. A couple of minutes walk you can find bars and restaurants as well as shops and typical stalls. On the promenade there are all kinds of attractions for children and to stroll with the castle island of Sancti Petri opposite where the sunsets are spectacular.
Five minutes from the house there are several chiringuitos on the beach between the dunes with a spectacular gastronomic offer.
