Its strategic location allows quick road access to key points such as Marbella, located just fifteen minutes by car, and includes parking for your vehicle
The community has two swimming pools, well-maintained gardens and typical natural environments of Marbella, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Both elderly people with reduced mobility and children have easy access to the accommodation, either through the main entrance or from the exterior terrace, where they can relax or enjoy family meals with garden furniture
Inside, the spacious dining room is ideal for sharing moments with family, watching movies with free fibre optic internet connection or simply resting comfortably. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more, and also has a large inner courtyard where bicycles can be stored to explore the Artola Dunes
