An apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living / dining room, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and a terrace with panoramic sea views. Guests have access to the community pool and the apartment is located in a quiet area but within walking distance of the beach.

The apartment has private parking in front and is located in a gated community with a security guard at the entrance.

There is a room between the living room and the terrace which has a bed for a fifth person.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.
