The House is located in an urbanization between Mar and a natural park. You can reach the beach in 10 minutes on foot, the natural park in 5, a beautiful place for hiking. The house itself is located in a blind street on a plot of 600m2, with a saltwater pool with a platform to catch the sun, grass to play and lots of vegetation. There is also a parking lot, a patio for eating and resting and a back space with barbecue and a large table for a minimum of 12 people, laundry room, top and own entrance to the kitchen.
In the house itself, on the ground floor, there is the living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a kitchen with all the comforts and a small room with a washing machine.
On the top floor are the 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed, its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden and the Trafalgar lighthouse, one with a double bed and two with two single beds.
In the region there are offers to ride horses, surf courses, paragliding, etc. You can also rent bicycles, motorcycles, squads and cars. In the same nucleus there are bars with tapas and restaurant, with Andalusian, national and Marueco specialties. In the high season there are events with concerts of Flamenco, Fusion, Rock and Jazz.
The surroundings and nature: The Breña natural park offers hiking possibilities, as the entire region is a beautiful place to walk or cycle through its different microclimates.
Information about the site can be found on the Internet, for example: Caños de Meca, La Breña Natural Park, Costa de la Luz or simply from nearby towns: Vejer, Barbate, Conil, Medina Sidonia, etc. The capital Cadiz is 3/4 of an hour, the oldest city in Europe and with a lot of history.
