This charming house combines comfort, privacy, and an ideal setting to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Outside, it features a front porch with a small garden, as well as a rear patio with a private chlorine pool measuring 8 m x 4 m and a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.9 m. Around the pool, there are 6 sun loungers for relaxing while your loved ones prepare a barbecue. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a swim or rinsing off sand and chlorine. The patio also has a table with 6 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining under the starry sky. On the upper floor, the house offers a large furnished terrace, a private space to enjoy the outdoors in complete tranquility. Although the property is located in the village with neighbors on both sides, the patio provides total privacy thanks to its lateral enclosure.

The entire house is on the ground floor. The living-dining room is spacious and cozy, equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, and a fireplace, perfect for family moments. The independent kitchen, with a gas stove and dishwasher, has all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with wardrobes and air conditioning. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. For guests traveling with a baby, a crib and high chair can be provided.

The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing. In Cala Pi, you will find all the necessary services for an unforgettable holiday, and 17 km from Llucmajor, there are more restaurants, bars, and shops. Just 4 km away, you can visit the Talaiotic settlement of Capocorb. Cala Pi beach, with fine white sand, stretches half a kilometer between cliffs over 30 m high, with easy access and free parking. Nearby, you can also discover other spectacular beaches such as Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
