Set in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, this cottage with private pool and garden offers a second home to 4 people.
Enjoy a morning swim in the 7m x 4.5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 2m. Afterwards, lay down on one of the four sun loungers and bask in the sun. During hot summer days, you can have a refreshing exterior shower in the garden. The porch with pool views is the right place for a barbecue with family and friends. The second, smaller porch offers a more private space where you can relax with your favorite book in the hammock. Or you challenge family and friends on the ping pong table, which is lot of fun! The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors so you will be able to enjoy your privacy.

The living area with A/C invites you to sit down on the sofa, watching a film on the satellite TV and accompanied by a nice fire in the fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you may need to cook up a feast, including a vitro hob, utensils and a dining table. Besides, there's a washer, iron and ironing board. You can choose between two twin bedrooms; both with A/C and closet. Furthermore, one has a bath en-suite with bathtub and bidet. If necessary, we can prepare one cot and one high chair. The second, independent bathroom has a shower. Both bedrooms have lovely views to the terrace, mountains or the countryside. The house has a safe box.

Set in the Levante area of Mallorca, you will have easy access through the motorway to lots of nice beaches like Cala Millor, Cala Agulla, Costa des Pins or Sa Coma. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and everything else you may need during your stay can be found in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. We recommend you to visit the medieval town of Artà and the market which takes place every Thuesday, the Castle of Capdepera and the Drach Caves in Portocristo. If you are cyclists, you could explore the amazing route Via Verda.

The second edification next to the small porch is closed and not accessible as it is a storage room for the owner.
