Spacious apartment of 80m2 with capacity for 6 people, incredible views of the cathedral and the Alcazaba, newly renovated and very well decorated.

Parquet floors, high ceilings, consists of 2 rooms (one room with a double bed 1.50x1.90m, built-in wardrobe and large bathroom en suite; another with a double bed 1.35x190 and built-in wardrobe).

Large living room with high ceilings up to 6 meters with wooden beams and two large windows from where you can see the city of Malaga and a magnificent perspective of the cathedral. It consists of a cheslong sofa bed (2.80m wide, with bed measures of 1.35x1.90m) ... and two puffs, dining table with capacity for 6 people and 36-inch Smart TV.

Kitchen with utensils and fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, zumera, kettle, 4-ring ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

Air coditioner in all the house.

Two bathrooms with exterior windows, one in one of the rooms with a large shower. The other, located in the hallway of the house next to the living room, with shower and window to the outside. Towels, gel, shampoo dryer included. It has ironing board and iron.

Optional baby cot and baby sheets (25 Eur).

Public parking guarded 24h at 100m (25 Eur / day).
