Each apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 adults, as it features 2 bedrooms (one of them with nest beds of 80 x 200). It also has 1 full bathroom with bathtub or shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room with Smart TV.

Located in the Alborada Residential Complex, a textile urbanisation about 150 metres from El Playazo, with lift, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis court, children's playground, and underground garage. Just 200 metres away you'll find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.

There is a bus stop very close by so you can visit neighbouring towns like Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet/booking is allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking inside apartments is prohibited.
