Typical mansion of the late nineteenth century, is restored and decorated respecting its style. Its materials are noble, thick stone walls, high ceilings, wooden beams.
The surface of the house is 250m2, comprises living room with fireplace, living area, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and terrace. It has free wifi and flat screen tv.
We have at your disposal towels, sheets, iron, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and all necessary utensils for cooking.

Upstairs is one bedroom (suite), bathroom and terrace with barbecue, hammocks, shower, table with chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the magnificent views.

The house is located in the historic center of Arucas, one of the most beautiful cities in Gran Canaria, is in a very quiet street 3 'walk from all major services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, health center, restaurants, shops of all kind.
