The furnished house has a private swimming pool (5 m. wide, open May-Sep), roof solarium with splendid visibility on sea and mounts, living room with terrace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with each one toilet (1 with bath and 1 with shower), 1 bedroom with double bed and terrace, 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds and a private garage. There is widescreen LCD television and satellite dish. Also own washing machine and barbecue. Heating is electrical. The keyholder speaks English. Electricity to be paid according to meter reading on arrival and departure.
