Apartment ideal for families, for an occupancy of 3 adults+1 child or 2 adults+2 children maximum. Apartment located in Conil de la Frontera, Cadiz, just five minutes from the beach. It is located near the center and with plenty of public parking.

It is a second floor apartment with two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with 2 beds. There is a sofa in the living room, TV and dining table. Access to a private terrace from the living room. The terrace has awning bathed by the sun throughout the afternoon, it is ideal for breakfast and dinner. It is also equipped with washing machine and clothesline. The complete bathroom with shower, with electric water heater. The kitchenette is equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender and all the necessary utensils for the stay.

It has air conditioning.



This property´s parking is public. The area where the apartment is located is quiet and it's easy to park (public parking is just outside). There is a supermarket close by and lots of places to eat. You will find a child's play area opposite the apartment, and Supersol supermarket is 150 metres away. The bus station is about one kilometre away if you are travelling without a car.
