Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine). There are also 1 double bedroom (135x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.

The apartment has no air conditioning.

No youth groups.

This property is only rented to families. Reservations of people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Pets are allowed on request and with supplement.
