Located in the northern center of Mallorca, in Santa Margalida, this country house not far away from the beach invites 4 guests for a lovely vacation.
The single-storey cottage is surrounded by trees and has wonderful views of the countryside. On the entrance porch you can enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones or have a coffee in the afternoon. The private chlorine pool with a size of 8m x 4m and a depth of between 1.4m to 1.7m is ideal for a refreshing dip. Upstairs, the terrace offers not only unobstructed views, but also four sun loungers for sunbathing - on clear days you can even see the Bay of Alcudia! The plot is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy as there are no neighbours next door.

The porch gives access to the living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite TV. The open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes, including a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The bedrooms have two single beds each, air conditioning and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower that serves the whole house. If you are travelling with your baby, we provide a cot and high chair.

Surrounded by a field of almond trees, the finca is only 5 kilometres away from the north coast and the fine sandy beach of Can Picafort. This long beach is not only a delight for families with children, but also for water sports enthusiasts. In Can Picafort there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants of all kinds - in short everything you need for your stay. Mallorca offers much more than just sea and beach, so we recommend a visit to the old town of Alcúdia, the Natural Park of S'Albufera, the Caves of Campanet or the Lighthouse of Formentor.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
