Rustic house with great charm. The original structure of the interior of the house is maintained, with the traditional "volta catalana" in all the spaces of the ground floor, and the original floor (tufa) in a large part of the house. The village of Palafrugell is the center of the municipality, which it shares with the rural centers of Santa Margarida, Ermedàs and Llofriu, at the foot of Les Gavarres, together with the coastal cores of Calella, Llafranc, Tamariu and Aigua Xelida. So this traditionally corked village, which today lives mainly from tourism, is ideally located between the vicinity of the sea and the mountain.

"Ca L'Avellí" is 90 minutes from Barcelona and 40 minutes from Girona Airport. France is 45 minutes away by car. The communication with its nearest beaches is very easy since there is a very good road communication. The cultural and commercial activity is concentrated in the downtown area of Palafrugell. Accessible only for pedestrians, around the church and the old wall you can walk quietly and explore shops, bars, restaurants, museums and foundations, just a few minutes away.
