Apartment

The apartment is a second high. It consists of 75 habitable meters. They are spread:
- Living room with large terrace, consisting of living room furniture with 42 "television, 3 seater cheslong sofas convertible into a sofa bed, dining table with capacity for six people.
- 10 m outdoor terrace, where there is a terrace table with 6 chairs.
- double room with a 1.50 bed and built-in wardrobe
- single room with two 90 cm beds. each
- new and fully equipped individual kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, pans, cutlery, glassware ...
- a bathroom with a bathtub of 1.50 x 80
- travel cot, available at the request of the guests.
- large pool, recreational area for children: swings, sports center to play basketball, football and pinpog,
- private garden and with direct access from the property to the beach.

The environment
The apartment is located on the Costa Dorada, specifically in Miami Playa or Platja (in Catalan).

Miami is a very quiet town with national and international tourism, especially Germans, French and English, where they have numerous supermarkets very close to the apartment, that is they can walk directly to the supermarket, these are: mercadona, lidl, eroski, bon preu , day, ...
It is surrounded by very quiet small coves, especially for family tourism, although it also has numerous restaurants.
