Located in the heart of Zaragoza, a few minutes from Plaza del Pilar, this spacious and bright apartment has three bedrooms and a spacious living room where up to 7 people can comfortably stay. It also has a large kitchen-dining room, and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and utensils. The house has natural gas heating, an air conditioner in the living room, a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and portable fans in the rest of the rooms. Bed linen and towels are included. It also has wifi. Although it DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATOR, it is a second floor with very few stairs that climb comfortably.

WE DO NOT HAVE PRIVATE PARKING. In the street and surrounding area it is allowed to park for free, although being a downtown area, it is difficult to find a place. There is a public parking 5 minutes in the Plaza del Pilar. Their rates are € 19.50 per night, although they have special discounts for stays from 3 nights.

Out of respect for other travelers, SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.

The house is in a very quiet street 3 minutes from Plaza del Pilar and the Ebro riverbank park, within the layout of the ancient Roman city of Cesaraugusta. In its vicinity in addition to numerous monuments of tourist interest, the guest will find many shops, restaurants, supermarket bars (Mercadona and Eroski) and traditional market.

Likewise, it is located a step away from the Plaza de España, the nerve center of the city, the typical area of bars and "tapas" known as "The Tube" and the Paseo de la Independencia, where the main shops of fashion, as well as movie theaters, and the Main Theater
