The apartment is all exterior and bright in all rooms, 2 corresponds to a real plant (ie: no mezzanine or similar), and no elevator. There is a closet floor to ceiling bedroom, terrazzo floor throughout the apartment except toilet, bathroom and kitchen, where there stoneware; two sofas in the dining room and terrace furniture for life on it (large table and chairs, all white plastic outdoor). There is a natural gas boiler (but not installed heating). The kitchen has everything you need to cook (pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, plates, etc.). The apartment is in the "Apartments Cel Blau" community, composed of 3 buildings of 3 floors each and two apartments per floor (18 neighbors in total), This is in a gated estate (-ideal to leave the children in their air- ) with communal area equipped with pool, children's pool, swing, slide, table tennis room, barbecue, small garden areas with wooden benches, and parking area (one square -included during the stay for a tourism- ).

Cel Blau enclosure has two entrances, both car and pedestrian: on Avenida Beach, 14, and the Paseo Garbí.. Access from the outside are the Castelldefels highway, 70 meters from the entrance; and the C32 motorway, 250 meters; apart is unstaffed station, 750 meters and several bus lines very close to Barcelona city carrying.
