There are 2 large fitted wardrobes with mirror doors and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is en-suite and has a bathtub with a shower attachment, washbasin, WC and bidet.

A corridor leads to the modern kitchen and living room. Kitchen equipped with the main utensils and appliances for self-catering. Washing machine with dryer and dishwasher included. There is a Nespresso coffee machine available.

The living space has 2 windows overlooking Fabié street. Furnishes include a sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV. There is a working desk and a dining table with four chairs.

Supplementary bed: There is an extra bed available for a child, allowing the apartment to sleep up to 3. (We consider this apartment unsuitable for 3 adults as the bathroom is inside the bedroom)
